I ve been using this smart ring for a few days and it is been fantastic. It tracks heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, sleep and steps everything i need to monitor my health. The design is sleek and comfortable, and it syncs easily with both my iphone and android. Plus, it is waterproof, which is a big bonus. No subscription fees are a huge plus, highly recommend .
